Synopsis
While the electoral campaign between President Cavalier and Councilor Grim is in full swing, Stef Tassel escapes from prison. To evade law enforcement, he kidnaps a woman, Paula, who turns out to be Cavalier's daughter. Spotting Laura and the fugitive, Grim sets off in pursuit, hoping to stir up a scandal in order to compromise Cavalier.
