Synopsis
Year 2000: the fifth edition of the transcontinental race of the United Provinces of America is organized. It's a no-holds-barred race: competitors score points each time they kill someone. On the starting line: Frankenstein, a national hero. At his side, his main rival: Machine-Gun Joe Viterbo. The competitors set off, unaware that a resistance has been organized, determined to put an end to this terrifying sporting event.
