Synopsis
The Russian President has just passed away. A group of neo-Nazi terrorists manages to seize a nuclear bomb dating from the Yom Kippur War and detonates a chemical bomb on Grozny, annihilating the Chechen capital in the name of the Russian government. Their next target: the American city of Baltimore, where the Superbowl final is to take place. The terrorists thus hope that the general panic will revive the defunct Cold War. The director of the CIA, Bill Cabot, then engages the services of a brilliant and honest agent specializing in Russia, Jack Ryan, in order to shed light on the latest events. According to him, the main culprits are not the Russian authorities, but terrorists. Jack must hurry to find hard evidence that will back up his thesis.
