Synopsis
Former CIA agent Jack Ryan is now a speaker. In London, he witnesses an assassination attempt on Lord Holmes, cousin of the Queen of the United Kingdom, by Irish terrorists. Jack Ryan manages to kill Paddy Boy, allows the arrest of the latter's brother Sean Miller and manages to save Holmes. Kevin O'Donnell, the commando leader, then manages to break Sean out of his prison on the Isle of Wight. Refugees in a terrorist training camp in Libya, Kevin and his accomplice Annette organize a new attack. For his part, Sean wants to avenge the death of his brother.
