Synopsis
Accused of manslaughter after telling a story about corruption in the city, journalist Frank Ross is sure he will prove his innocence and walk out of prison a free man. But that's how the system now works at Rocky Point Penitentiary. There, the cellblock guards are vicious, the work of the jute mills is endless, and the powers Ross has fought outside conspire to hold him back. Frank's hope turns to despair. And he starts to crack.
