Synopsis
- The sailor of the China Seas:
At the beginning of the 20th century. Pirates ransom the seas of Southeast Asia and ridicule the Hong Kong coast guards. Among them, the intrepid Dragon prefers to resign, revolted by the corruption that plagues the police force. Accompanied by his accomplice Fei, he declares war on the network that supplies pirates with weapons.

Back on earth, Dragon Mao is drafted into the police force to deal with corruption cases in the city.
