Synopsis
Hercules, son of Zeus, saves Omphale, daughter of Nemea, Queen of Lydia, from drowning. Falling in love with her, he wants to marry her. In order to prove that he is indeed the demi-god, the queen instructs him to bring back a boat full of gold sunk under the sea. Hercules passes the test, but Omphale does not want him. She then imagines a scheme obliging her to challenge the strongest man in the world, Samson.
